1⁄2HP MORTICER
The F14-650 1⁄2” capacity morticer is the ideal machine for the woodworking enthusiast and small joinery shop. Built to our exacting standards of quality it has a range of features including a smooth running induction motor, a robust cast iron headstock supported by a hydraulic gas strut stabiliser for smooth, controlled chisel feeds, and an adjustable operator handle for maximum comfort in use.
Taking mortice chisels up to 1⁄2” x 11⁄2” (13 x 13mm), combined with a 5” (127mm) headstock travel, the F14-650 is suitable for furniture making projects and other demanding joiney tasks. An MDF subbase prevents damage to the chisel and bit when through-morticing, and a cast iron rear fence and hold-down featuring microadjustment provide precise, optimal material support. In line with safety standards, the F14-650 also features a conveniently placed NVR switch.
